Please choose the child's *rising* Fall 2026 grade level (aka grade starting for the 2026-2027 school year).
Please note that friend/sibling requests that are in a different age/grade will only be accommodated with a maximum of one year age/grade difference. Additionally, this request will only be accommodated by the older student attending the younger student's class.
Please do not choose an incorrect or alternate age/grade if your child's current age/grade is full. Your registration will be cancelled if you register your child for the incorrect age/grade.
Please describe any requested accommodations to pair family/friends together in the box above. Please note that CBC may not be able to accommodate the request at church leadership's discretion.
Once available spots are full for an age/grade, a student may join a waitlist by emailing communitykids@cbcspringhill.org with a waitlist request. Please note that promotion from waitlisted to active status will occur on a first-come, first-serve basis.
CBC will not accommodate onsite registrations if desired classes are full. Please do not arrive to VBS with an unregistered student and expect the student to be accommodated in a full class.
CBC carefully plans class sizes to help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every child.
Preschoolers must be at least 3 years of age on or before 6/15/26 and fully potty-trained. Non-potty trained children or those under age 3 will have their registrations canceled or be dismissed from VBS.
An alternative gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free snack will be available in addition to the daily themed snacks offered by VBS. A snack guide and ingredients will circulate to registered parents before VBS and be posted in the lobby each day.
**Any additional dietary needs or allergies beyond a gluten, nut, and/or dairy intolerance/allergy will require the student to pack their own snack each day.**
By this student submission, you acknowledge that you give Community Baptist Church permission to seek and authorize emergency medical care to be given to this student if necessary. CBC will make reasonable attempts to notify
parents/guardians prior to authorizing any such emergency care.
CBC is glad to partner with you in caring for your child’s needs during VBS. If you choose to leave an EpiPen with us, please note that you must provide clear labeling with the student's name and care instructions before CBC agrees to store it. Our team is not able to assume medical responsibility and while we will do our best to keep EpiPens safe, CBC cannot guarantee against loss, damage, or theft.
If a child experiences escalated behavioral/medical issues, they are very welcome! Please note related details in the appropriate sections below. CBC may follow up in advance of VBS to inquire more about the issues and how to best accommodate. However, CBC resources do not allow for a 1:1 ratio for volunteers/children. If you or another trusted adult you know is willing to accompany a child with these issues that needs a buddy to attend VBS, please email communitykids@cbcspringhill.org for further discussion.
When was the last time your child experienced an allergic reaction or medical event?
If your child has an allergic reaction or medical concern, what symptoms are displayed? Please describe the severity of symptoms involved (e.g. mild, severe) and what guidance you prefer CBC to attempt to follow before emergency care intervention occurs.
Please note that by registering this student for VBS you are granting CBC permission to use video footage or photographs of this student for marketing and promotional purposes.
We are so looking forward to welcoming your children to VBS this year! Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and Christ-honoring environment for every student.
While our volunteers are committed to supporting all children, behavior that is consistently disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others cannot be permitted. CBC will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and communicate with parents/guardians before taking further action.
If such behavior continues and cannot be safely managed, CBC reserves the right to dismiss a child from the VBS program in order to maintain a safe environment for all participants and volunteers.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
